The Rev. Dr. Mitzi George will be installed as the 22nd Rector of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd on June 22, 2022 at 6 p.m. We are planning a reception following the service. We need your time and talents. Although some of the menu items will be donated, monetary donations would also be appreciated to help offset the cost of prepared food, paper products and beverages.  The next planning meeting will be Thursday, May 12 at 1 p.m. in Hardtner Hall. Thank you for your participation.

CHURCH THERMOSTAT: Please leave the thermostat at 70 degrees during services. A constant cool temperature needs to be maintained to keep the organ functioning properly.  Members of the Choir and Altar party are wearing vestments and in order for them to be comfortable, the lower temperature is required. If you are cold natured please bring a sweater or jacket or use one of the shawls in the back of the church to stay comfortable.
